    Search Process

    Initial Planning Session

    Review objectives, define job description and hiring criteria, develop realistic schedule and identify initial target organizations and individuals.

    Communication with Client

    Provide constant feedback to client on progress of search and marketplace information.

    Targeting Candidates

    Surface qualified candidates, conduct thorough screening interviews, perform reference and education verifications, and conduct personal interviews with the most qualified candidates.

    Documenting Candidate Credentials

    Prepare and submit thorough documentation on final candidates, coordinate interviews, assist in developing the offer package and facilitate the offer and any subsequent negotiations.

    Follow-Up

    Advise candidates not offered the position, and follow-up with contacts and sources used. Assist, as appropriate, in the orientation of the executive to the organization.
